Smooth out those rough mornings with this creamy smoothie. The key ingredient here is ginger, which may help relieve nausea symptoms.

What you need:

✔ 1 1/3 cups Enfamama A+

✔ ½ cup water

✔ 2 tbsp. of freshly chopped ginger

✔ 1 large ripe banana, chopped

✔ 2 tbsp. white sugar

✔ ½ cup ice cubes

✔ Blender

What you need:

✔ 1 1/3 cups Enfamama A+

What to Do:

1. Place all the ingredients and half the ice cubes in the blender and blend on high.

Hot Flash-Cooling Popsicles

Did you know that eating cold food can help relieve your hot flashes? Try this popsicle recipe and treat yourself to some nutritious and tasty relief.

What you need:

✔ 4 heaping tbsp. Enfamama A+

✔ 200ml lukewarm water

✔ Whisk

✔ Big bowl

✔ Popsicle mold/ice tray

✔ Popsicle sticks

✔ Your favourite fruits

What you need:

✔ 4 heaping tbsp. Enfamama A+

✔ 200ml lukewarm water

✔ Whisk

What to Do:

  1. Fill your bowl with lukewarm water and whisk in Enfamama A+ to dissolve evenly.
  2. Puree fruits in a blender or simply smash them to small chunks then add in the mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture in your popsicle mold/ice tray and pop it in the freezer.
  4. After 20-30 minutes, the mixture should be half-frozen. Add your popsicle sticks, making sure they stay upright.
  5. Continue freezing the popsicles until hard.
  6. When you’re ready to eat them, run the popsicle mold/ice tray under warm water and gently twist the popsicles out.
  7. Enjoy!
